This page is for you!

On this page you will find a collection of resources I often recommend to clients or share to help them better engage with what we're working on in therapy.  Some of these I created, most will be connecting you with other's work, not to sell anything, but to help you learn and grow!

This website, thoughtfully curated by Dr. Carbonell explains anxiety and anxiety-related disorders.  It's a great website for family members of those struggling with an anxiety condition or for learning next steps if you're the one with anxiety.

I often recommend Dr. Carbonell when working with panic disorder because he offers the acronym AWARE to help navigate panic attacks.  You can find the five steps of AWARE here.

This brief TedX talk by Till H. Groß is a great explanation of comfort zone challenges.  Often when we experience anxiety or even depression our comfort zone shrinks, we feel less and less confident engaging in activities that used to feel simple or even normal.  In this video, Till explains how to practice widening your comfort zone.
